EBEC Vinnytsia 2018
Event description
European BEST Engineering Competition is a 3 level, team-based competition, on 2 categories. The winning teams from local rounds progress to national or regional rounds and the winning teams from national and regional rounds progress to EBEC final round.
EBEC is organised once per year and one edition lasts from the beginning of the first local round to the end of the final round.
There are two categories:
- Team Design: This category consists of solving a given task in teams, within a limited time and a limited availability of materials. The desired outcome is a device that has to perform the needed actions.
- Case Study: This category consists of providing a solution to a technical or a management problem with no actual construction of any device or assembling of materials. In the end the teams present the outcomes they came up with.
