Dude, where is my energy?

General description

Imagine the day after tomorrow. Heartless dictators stop supplying gas, oil pipes are attacked by terrorists, cybercriminals derail the whole energetic system and we have no Bruce Willis to fight them. Heat is gone, oil is gone, electricity is gone (that means google search is gone too) Worst case scenario in not so near future, because we relied on the classical energy sources only. EU under pressure at last calls crazy LBG Ljubljana to help. Accompanied with 24 crazy students from Europe, they show no fear and fight mercilessly. They establish the new world order...ehmmm European energy order

During this event, some basic aspects about the future of classical energy sources will be discussed. Participants will be acquainted with the most promising methods of acquiring energy from renewable sources. Do you know how the nuclear reactor looks like? Ever seen solar cells on top of houses? Have Any idea from where does the geothermal energy come? Ohh and what is that biomass we are burning all the time?

All these topics will be discussed in right in the heart of Europe. Ljubljana, city that never awakes (because it never sleeps), that is small (yet very big), that is young in heart (with magnificent history), is a place you need a lifetime to forget it.
