General description

Astronomy is a science that has been studied for thousands of years. Thanks to the observing skills of astronomers, either from the surface of Earth with enormous telescopes or from space with satellites and probes such as Hubble or Hipparcos, Astronomy had considerable developments in the last decades. Everyday more is known about the Universe, and more questions are asked. For all these reasons, Astronomy is nowadays a science that attracts investigators and public in general.

The participants will have a unique oportunity to get to know the culture and traditions of Coimbra and Portugal in general.

It will be a fantastic space journey...
