General description

GIS (GeoInformation System) is a technology used to collect, store, organise, analyse, show and use spatial and other kind of data. Today it is one of the most complexed and the most dynamic areas of computer use. The aim of this course is to provide basic knowlege about GIS trough lectures and practical work.
