The advantages that universities gain from BEST Events are visible both when organising events and when sending students abroad, to attend events in other universities.

Developing students

With very few resources, students from all over Europe are learning in a multicultural environment. Not only they acquire complementary technical skills but also improve their knowledge of language, communication, team-work and tolerance towards diversity.

Developing teaching methods

While teaching in events, teachers gain experience and improve their skills. Furthermore, if both the events and the students cover a high cultural diversity, the challenge is even bigger. Lastly, BEST events are a great opportunity for teachers to try out innovative teaching methods.

Promotion

BEST is present in 85 technical universities and events are being organised throughout the year, during every season. Therefore the student mobility provided by BEST events is quite high. Along with this mobility, the opportunity to make universities more visible in the European academic network occurs.

Educational involvement

Aside from organising events and offering complementary education to students of technical education, BEST is involved in linking teachers and students together in Thematic Networks. For more information about these opportunities please check BEST's educational involvement.
