I AMaterials: materials for and by additive manufacturing

General description

Ready to turn up the heat on your summer with some sizzling-hot knowledge about additive manufacturing (AM)? Come join us in Leuven for a course between 4th and 14th of July that will have you 3D printing your way to the top! We'll show you the ins and outs of this cutting-edge technology, and you'll leave with a better understanding of AM processes and different material classes. From polymers to ceramics, we'll explore all the different material types that can be used in AM. We've got a line-up of lectures, hands-on sessions, and some exciting company and lab visits that will give you the opportunity to see this technology in action. That’s not everything because you will get to explore cosy little Belgium & Leuven at the same time. Be sure to take your hunger for materials, AM, waffles, beer, chocolate and more with you because your hunger will get sated. So grab your sunscreen, pack your stuff, and get ready to materialise your summer! Are you ready? Because I AM!
