A journey through digital signal processing in DSP-valley

General description

This academical course will be about digital signal processing (DSP). After a general introduction to the basics of DSP we will explore some types of application like biomedical signal processing, audio-applications (mp3, ...) and image processing. To see the practical side of the story there will also be a companyvisit to one of the companies of the DSP-valley that surrounds Leuven. Next to this there will be off course a lot of fun on our citytrips (Ghent,Brussels, Bruges), sports afternoon, introduction to beer at Stella Artois, parties, weekend, etc. See you in Leuven ;-)
