Environment-Friendly Power Supply: The challenge of our time

General description

As implied by the title during the academic part of this course the participants will attend lectures and take part in various activities in order to become familiar with the ways of providing power supply today and tomorrow. The lecturers will be professors of our university and executive engineers from the field. The target is to get a global approach to the subject that will interest all engineers so we will cover various issues, such as renewable energy sources, market liberation and globalization with respect to alternative sources of energy, international conventions related to environmental protection (e.g. Kioto convention).

Moreover, with games and tours you will explore both ancient and modern Athens, while at night you will experience our long lasting, non-stop dancing parties!! Anyway, what is better than 2 crazy weeks with BEST summer spirit in a country famous for its crystal blue sea and beaches? We also promise you a surprise weekend on one of the most wonderful Greek islands where fun doesn’t stop, during day or night! :-)
