Practical arrangements

All of the following are covered by the event fee:

Lodging:: Youth Hostel
Meals:: Organisers will provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the course as stated in the schedule. At least one of them per day will be a warm meal.
Transportation:: Organisers will provide you with public transportation tickets and will cover all expenses in terms of transportation during the course activities.
