How companies change: managing improvement to increase performances

General description

The course aims at giving an overview and some insights on the instruments used to manage with success and continuity changing processes and improvements in companies.

The course will be divided in theoretical lectures, held by professors from Politecnico and external managers, and practical session in working groups and visiting company's plants.

Participants will be an active part of the programme of the course, because they will have the opportuniy to work and compare themselves in close contact with managers.
