Typical career for hired engineers

Within the ADP Program, there are three tracks: If you want to participate in the ENGINEERING track of the ADP, you will get exposure to Engineering leaders, mainly in our manufacturing plants and engineering centers. Throughout the 24 month program, you will get different assignments in the field of design engineering, quality engineering, product marketing. You will also be involved in more strategic engineering projects and budget preparations. If you want to participate in the MARKETING track of the ADP, you will get exposure to Marketing leaders, both in our manufacturing plants as in our headquarters. Throughout the 24 month program, you will get an assignment in the field of Product Marketing, Marketing Research & Analysis, Marketing Communications. You will also be involved in strategic Marketing projects. If you want to participate in the OPERATIONS AND THE INTEGRATED SUPPLY CHAIN track of the ADP, you will get exposure to Operations leaders, mainly in our manufacturing plants. Throughout the 24 month program, you will get different assignments in the field of materials management, supervision of manufacturing activities, operational excellence, sourcing etc.

International mobility policy

ADP Program provides an amazing opportunity to see how Ingersoll Rand operates in different countries. Our program requires you to rotate to different countries in EMEA region, 2-3 times within the 24 months duration of the program. This will enable the particpants to not only see how our company and its different businesses operate, but also to build a network that is the most important asset of any young professional today.

Internal training policy

As an ADP participant, you will build strong foundations that will prepare you for your career with Ingersoll Rand through various experiences in multiple geographic locations and business units. We complement rotations in operations and/or integrated supply chain by leadership training and exposure to senior leadership. You will develop leadership competencies in an environment that values dramatic growth, operational excellence and leveraging the capabilities of the global enterprise.
