• Lodging during the event: In ENSTA ParisTech Campus or hotel near the campus.
• Food during the event: Breakfast and 2 hot meals per day but only one during outdoors activities such as the City Rally. Arrangement will be made for the people following a special regime.
• Transportation during the event: By train, subway, bus, walking
