Content and topics:
The course will cover topics such as conscious leadership, self- and team management and various soft skill characteristics of a leader. Participants will learn how to develop communication skills through teamwork. The presented issues will be based on practical examples that will allow to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
Learning goals and objectives:
By the end of the Course, participants should be able to use the acquired leadership knowledge in practice, which will complement their engineering careers. They should be proficient in using leadership techniques in everyday life, improve their communication skills, have developed soft skills needed in leaders’ position, and adept at utilizing self-presentation techniques.
