The JQP is a unique opportunity for recent graduates and junior professionals to check-in for a career in the fascinating world of aviation. A dedicated development programme, which lasts approximately 2 years, supports participants in maximising their professional growth. Throughout, and after completion of the programme assignments will be determined based on your profile and our needs. Programme participants are recruited at entry grade AD 5 on a standard 5 years contract.

In November 2011, for 7 intense days, Copenhagen hosted the XVII Autumn International Conference of Students of Technology, organised by BEST (Board of European Students of Technology).
During 7 days of Conference, Denmark had opportunity to host about 200 youth-leaders, students of technology, engineering and sciences, from Canadian and 33 European counties. Gathered to discuss issues related to European voluntary youth-work they also maintained the symbiotic relationship between technical students and industry.
